CIRCULAR / NOTICE FOR GRADUATING STUDENTS - BATCHES 2021, 2022, 2023 Subject: GUEST POLICY FOR CONVOCATION CEREMONY -MANDATORY CNIC REQUIREMENT (FOR GRADUATING YEARS 21, 22, 23) 

Dear Graduating Students (Sessions 2021, 2022, 2023), 
This is to inform you that the Convocation Ceremony of Khyber Girls Medical College, Peshawar, for Graduating Batches 2021, 2022 & 2023 is being organized. 
To ensure smooth entry, security clearance, and seating arrangements, the following instructions must be strictly followed by graduates of 2021, 2022, and 2023:

1. Guest Limit - Strictly Two Persons Only: Only TWO (02) guests/family members per graduating student of Batches 2021, 2022, and 2023 will be allowed to attend the convocation. No extra guests will be entertained under any circumstances due to limited seating capacity.

2. Bring Original CNIC - Mandatory: All graduating students (2021, 2022, 2023) and their two guests must bring their original valid CNIC on the day of convocation. Entry will be subject to CNIC verification at the main gate. Photocopies or mobile pictures of CNIC will NOT be accepted.

3. No Entry Without CNIC: No person (student or guest) without original CNIC will be allowed to enter the auditorium premises. No entry will be entertained without CNIC. 

4. No Extra Guests Allowed: Strictly, only two persons per student are allowed. Any additional person beyond two will not be entertained and will not be allowed to enter. 

Strict Security Protocol: Only 2 guests per student of Batches 21, 22, and 23. No entry without original CNIC. No extra entry will be entertained. Your cooperation is highly appreciated to make this event memorable.
