It is a matter of great pride and privilege that Khyber Girls Medical College has achieved tremendous success with the passage of time which is manifested by the outstanding performance of the students in the Annual Examinations. Khyber Girls Medical College stands unique in the community of Medical Colleges being a torch bearer of modern education along with traditional values. Khyber Girls Medical College is also unique in the sense that it is the only public sector Medical College in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa that is imparting education only to female students as per traditions and values of this province.
I am greatly impressed by the achievements of this institution both in curricular as well as co-curricular activities especially literary abilities of the young students as are evident from the college Magazine “HAVI”.
On the eve of 5th Convocation of Khyber Girls Medial College, Peshawar, I also felicitate and extend my heartiest congratulations to the graduates, parents and their ever proud teachers and I pray for the best in the future.

It gives me immense honor and pleasure to be writing a message on the occasion of 5th Convocation of Khyber Girls Medical College Peshawar. On this auspicious occasion, the outgoing Graduates deserve every appreciation for being selected for the noble cause of Service to the Humanity. Undoubtedly their parents and the teachers must be proud of them as we are in this administrative capacity of the Secretary to Govt. of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Health Department.
The Khyber Girls Medical College has climbed to the zenith of academic excellence over a very short period of inception spanning roughly less than two decades. A glance at the performance of the students shows that in every professional examination under the Khyber Medical University, the students stand out and are honored to be in the top list of high achievers. It is no ordinary feat and undoubtedly it underlines the level of excellence of the academics in Khyber Girls Medical College under the worthy guidance and patronage of the Dean Khyber Girls Medical College, Peshawar. As a matter of fact the Khyber Girls Medical College can boost to have one of the excellent academic faculty among all the public and private sector medical colleges in the country at large and in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa in particular.
I will not take away much time and would felicitate from the core of heart all the outgoing graduates, their parents, the Dean KGMC and its worthy faculty for producing such outstanding assets which will contribute towards the Service to the Humanity and a healing hand on the suffering especially of the poor masses in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.

Graduation is an important milestone in the academic career of a student, the Medical Graduate has an added crown to her feather in the form of an official authorization to work towards the amelioration of the sufferings of the humanity. It gives me a pride and an honor to express my views and opinion about the Convocation 2023-24 of Khyber Girls Medical College, Peshawar considering my official responsibility of overlooking this institution which is a constituent of MTI HMC Peshawar.
This is the 5th Convocation of KGMC which will honor the Graduates of three academic sessions. The Khyber Girls Medical College is distinct from the rest of the public medical colleges in that it is exclusively for the female students in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. In fact the very idea of its creation was to mold the needs of the modern day medical education with the cultural and geographical norms in this part of the country and the province.
The Graduates must be rightly feeling a moment of pride in their lives as this day marks the culmination of almost 18 years of education with the intense last five years in the medical school. All their hard work, devotion, dedication and belief in their selves have made this day possible. I on my behalf as Chairman of Board of Governors MTI HMC share their honor and felicitate them from the core of my heart on their hard earned achievement and earnestly believe that they will leave no stone unturned in full utilization of their academic brilliance towards the betterment of human beings in the form of a new born messiah for the ailing humanity.

I would like to congratulate the graduates on successful completion of their studies especially to those who are receiving gold medals for their outstanding performance. This convocation is certainly a great day for you, your families and for the Faculty of Khyber Girls Medical College that made huge investment in you in terms of time, energy and resources to equip you with knowledge and skills to serve humanity and bring a positive and productive change in the health status of the community.
Convocation remains a momentous occasion in the academic life of the institutions, faculty, the proud graduate and their fortunate parents which marks the achievement of their success.
